A: No, you can wait in our lobby. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Q: Can you give me a quote/estimate over the phone? A: In order to provide you with an accurate assessment of the damage and cost to repair, we would have to inspect your vehicle. Q: Do you work with insurance companies? A: Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies. Q: Can I be provided with a rental vehicle? A: Yes, we can arrange that for you. Q: Can you tow my car for me? A: Yes. Q: Do I need an appointment to bring my car in for repairs? A: Yes, we do request you to schedule your vehicle; unless it is not driveable. Making an appointment allows us time to order any necessary parts, supplies, etc. that would help insure the return of your car in a timely manner. Q: Is there any warranty/guarantee for the work done on my car? A: Yes, we provide a warranty on all repairs, excluding rust repairs. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
